Manages our shipping calendar, container loading photos and customs declarations. Mandarin / English / Russian. Books 60+ containers a year.
Fiona Tang — Head of Engineering
Two CCIC-licensed mechanics who run our pre-export checks and provide remote diagnostic support during the warranty period. Both worked at OEM service centres before joining NDCARS.
Stan Xiang — Head of Sales
One representative per language: English, Russian, Arabic, Spanish. Each owns their accounts end-to-end through delivery.
